What we fix

Real problems, real fixes

Many East Valley homes built between the late 1970s and early 1990s were plumbed with copper or galvanized steel that's now reaching the age where pinhole leaks, pressure-related failures, and pipe corrosion become routine. If you're repairing the same pipe every few months, seeing brown water from tap fixtures, or dealing with recurring slab leaks, a full repipe may cost less over a 5-year horizon than continuing to patch failures.

We repipe homes with PEX — a proven, flexible, long-life piping system that resists scale and corrosion better than copper in hard-water markets. Where copper is required or preferred (some HOAs, specific applications), we'll quote that alongside. Every repipe includes a full plan walkthrough before we cut drywall, a clear list of access points that will need patching, pressure testing of every new line, and coordination with drywall repair so your home is put back together properly when we're done.

A typical 3-bathroom repipe takes 3–5 days on site. We keep at least one bathroom and the kitchen usable each night so your household stays functional throughout the project.

Pricing Range

How much does whole-home repiping cost in the Phoenix Valley?

Every job is a little different. The final price depends on the condition of your system, the scope of the work, and the parts required. That said, here's an honest starting range so you can plan. We'll always walk you through the full estimate before any work begins, and the price you see is the price you pay.

Low: $6,500

Average: $14,500

High: $30,000

Honest range based on real recent jobs. Final price is locked in during your on-site diagnostic — what you see is what you pay.

What factors affect the cost of whole-home repiping?

  1. Home size and number of fixtures

Repipe pricing scales with fixture count (sinks, showers, toilets, hose bibs, laundry hookups, water heater, ice makers) more than square footage. More fixtures = more lines = more labor.

  2. Material choice: PEX vs. copper

PEX is our default recommendation for most Valley homes. It resists scale, handles pressure spikes, and installs faster. Copper costs significantly more and can struggle with hard water. Some HOAs or specific situations still call for copper; we'll quote both if you'd like to compare.

  3. Access and restoration scope

Homes with slab-on-grade construction (most of the East Valley) require access through walls, ceilings, or closets. The number of access points affects both labor time and drywall patching cost. We'll walk the entire plan with you before any drywall is cut.

Diagnostic & Estimates

Repipe estimates are free and include a full walkthrough. We identify every fixture, map the new line routes, and give you a written scope with pricing broken out by major line group. You'll also get a realistic timeline for each phase.

Repair or Replace

Here's how to think about it.

Repiping is a significant investment. For most homes, isolated pipe repairs are still the right call. But when repairs become recurring, or when you're seeing signs of system-wide failure, a repipe is usually the smarter long-term math.

Replacement makes sense if…

  • You've had 2+ pinhole leaks or slab leaks in the past 2 years
  • Your home is 30+ years old with original copper or galvanized piping, or has aging CPVC, improperly installed PEX, or previous repairs completed with push-fit (“SharkBite”) style fittings.
  • You're seeing discolored or rust-colored water from fixtures
  • Water pressure has dropped progressively over time at multiple fixtures
  • You're remodeling and opening walls anyway

What to Expect

Our Process

The same three-step rhythm on every job. Diagnose first, price up front, then do the work and stand behind it.

1

Step 1: Plan walkthrough and written estimate

Your technician walks the entire home with you, maps every fixture and line, and identifies the access points we'll use. You get a written, fixed-price estimate with a phased timeline so you know exactly what each day of the project looks like.

2

Step 2: Repipe execution — typically 3–5 days

Day 1 starts with protective covering and access cuts. New lines are run, tied to each fixture, and pressure-tested. We keep at least one bathroom and the kitchen functional each night. You'll get a daily end-of-day update on progress and what's planned for the next day.

3

Step 3: Testing, inspection, and restoration

All new lines are pressure-tested and, where required by code, inspected by the jurisdiction. We clean the workspace, walk the completed system with you before final sign-off, and can even help coordinate drywall patching if needed.

Testimonial

"First rate service."

First rate service with Jared. I have finally found a reliable, conscientious, straight-talking plumber who didn't come to upsell me but to do the job needed, fastidiously. Five star service. Will definitely recommend and hire this company from now on. Thank you again, Jared.
