What we fix

Real problems, real fixes

Pipe leaks come in every form: a visible drip under a sink, a slow wet spot on a wall, a mysteriously high water bill, or an actual slab leak hiding under the foundation. Finding the leak is often harder than repairing it. We carry electronic leak detection, acoustic sensors, thermal imaging, and decades of pattern recognition from working in East Valley homes, so we find the actual source, not the place where the water decided to come out.

Once we find the leak, we talk through options. Small pinhole leaks in accessible lines can be repaired with direct pipe section replacement. Slab leaks can often be re-routed around the slab (instead of jackhammering through it) which is usually faster, cleaner, and less expensive. For homes with recurring pinholes across multiple locations, we'll tell you honestly if a partial or full repipe is the smarter long-term call.

Emergency service is available 24/7 for active leaks. For non-active leaks (slow wet spots, suspected hidden leaks), we typically schedule same-day or next-day depending on availability.

Pricing Range

How much does pipe leak repair cost in the Phoenix Valley?

Every job is a little different. The final price depends on the condition of your system, the scope of the work, and the parts required. That said, here's an honest starting range so you can plan. We'll always walk you through the full estimate before any work begins, and the price you see is the price you pay.

Low: $350

Average: $750

High: $3,000

Honest range based on real recent jobs. Final price is locked in during your on-site diagnostic — what you see is what you pay.

What factors affect the cost of pipe leak repair?

  1. Leak location and access

An accessible leak under a sink is a straightforward fix. A slab leak under the foundation or a leak behind a wall requires detection work first, then either cutting through a surface or re-routing the line. Access drives most of the cost difference between 'small repair' and 'big project.'

  2. Pipe material and age

Copper pinholes are often a symptom of aging or aggressive water chemistry. A one-off repair is valid, but a third or fourth one in the same home points toward a bigger conversation. PEX and newer materials fail differently and usually allow straightforward repairs.

  3. Underlying cause (pressure, water chemistry)

We check incoming pressure and water hardness during leak repairs because those are two of the top three causes of recurring pipe failures here. If we don't address the cause, the next leak is usually months away.

Repair or Replace

Here's how to think about it.

One leak is a repair. Recurring leaks usually signal a system-wide issue that's more economically fixed by a partial or full repipe, especially if the home still has original-era copper or galvanized pipes.

Replacement makes sense if…

  • You've had 2+ pinhole leaks in the past 18 months
  • You're seeing rust-colored or discolored water at multiple fixtures
  • The home is 30+ years old with original copper or galvanized pipes
  • Slab leaks are recurring in different locations
  • Water pressure has dropped progressively over time

What to Expect

Our Process

The same three-step rhythm on every job. Diagnose first, price up front, then do the work and stand behind it.

1

Step 1: Request a service visit or emergency dispatch

Active leak? Call 24/7. We'll triage over the phone and dispatch based on severity. Non-emergency? Book online or call during business hours; most leak calls are scheduled same-day or next-day.

2

Step 2: Detect the leak and present clear options

Your technician locates the leak using the right tool for the situation — electronic, acoustic, thermal, or visual. You get a written estimate with options: simple repair, re-route, or (if applicable) a larger conversation about systemic issues. You decide what moves forward.

3

Step 3: Repair, test, and verify

We complete the approved repair, pressure-test the line, and verify no additional leaks in the same area. For slab leaks, we document the repair location and keep the work area as contained and clean as possible throughout.

Testimonial

"Highly professional."

We had Don here at the house today to fix a mystery leak under the kitchen sink. Don had the problem sorted out and traced back to an old/bad washer and fitting. I appreciated that he arrived promptly as promised and was highly professional. Don obviously was very familiar with (old) Moen kitchen faucets! Great job!
