What we fix
Real problems, real fixes
When we install a tank water heater, we're thinking about the next 10–12 years, not the quick swap. That means checking the incoming pressure, sizing the unit to your household's actual hot-water demand, confirming the venting and gas supply meet current code, and installing an expansion tank and pressure regulating valve if your home needs them. We haul away the old unit, clean up the workspace, and walk you through maintenance so the new heater doesn't fail early.
We install tank water heaters from trusted, readily-serviceable brands: Bradford White, A.O. Smith, Rheem, and State are common on our trucks. Capacity options typically range from 40 to 75 gallons for residential use, with both gas and electric configurations. If you're upsizing, downsizing, or moving to a different fuel type, we'll walk through the implications like venting changes, gas line sizing, electrical capacity before recommending a path.
Most installs are completed in a single visit, typically 3–5 hours on site. Permits and inspection are handled by our team where required by local code.
