What we fix
Real problems, real fixes
Full sewer line replacement is the right call when your existing line is past the point where spot repairs make sense. Common triggers: multiple failed sections along the same line, aging clay tile or Orangeburg pipe reaching the end of its service life, recurring backups despite repeated cleaning, or a full-collapse situation. It's a significant project, but it's a one-time fix that resets the clock for 50+ years on a modern PVC or HDPE line.
We handle the whole project: camera inspection and scope, permitting with the jurisdiction, coordination with utility locates, excavation or trenchless execution, pipe installation, pressure testing, inspection, and surface restoration. Where trenchless methods (pipe bursting, CIPP lining) are feasible, we'll walk you through the trade-offs vs. open-trench. They often spare landscape and hardscape while still delivering a full-line fix.
Typical project timeline is 2–5 days on site, depending on method, length, and access. We give you a clear schedule before work begins and daily updates while it's underway.
