What we fix
Real problems, real fixes
Tankless water heaters are more complex than tank units. They rely on flow sensors, ignition systems, heat exchangers, and onboard diagnostics and in hard-water markets like ours, scale buildup inside the heat exchanger is the single most common cause of premature failure. When your tankless unit throws an error code or stops heating, we start by reading the error history, testing flow and pressure, and checking for scale, not by guessing at parts.
We service tankless water heaters from Navien, Rinnai, Noritz, Rheem, A.O. Smith, Takagi, and Bosch, among others. Common repairs include flow sensor replacement, ignition module service, heat exchanger descaling (a major one in AZ), gas valve service, error code diagnostics, and venting corrections. If your unit hasn't been flushed in two years or more, the first step is almost always a thorough descale, as many 'failures' are resolved once scale is cleared.
Tankless service can often be same-day for common issues. More involved repairs may require ordering a brand-specific part, which we'll quote and timeline honestly.
