What we fix
Real problems, real fixes
When we install a tank water heater, we're thinking about the next 10 to 12 years, not the quick swap. A unit that's sized wrong, installed without addressing your home's water pressure, or set up to ignore Arizona's hard water will fail years before it should. Scottsdale's housing stock runs a wide range, and the right install looks a little different across it.
In the older, established neighborhoods like South Scottsdale, Old Town, and the homes along the Hayden corridor, we often find tight garage or interior-closet installs, sometimes with no expansion tank and no modern pressure protection. In larger North Scottsdale custom homes, we more often see high hot-water demand and occasionally multiple units working together. Different homes, same approach from us: get the fundamentals right so the new heater lasts.
