What we fix
Real problems, real fixes
Sewer line repair is the right call when a specific section of your main line has failed, not when the line simply needs cleaning. The common failures are root intrusion at a joint, a cracked section, an offset joint from soil settling, and damage from shifting ground. A camera inspection tells us which one you have and where it sits, so we are not guessing at scope or digging where we do not need to.
Where your home sits changes the job. Older South Scottsdale and Old Town properties, many of them 1950s and 1960s ranch homes, have shorter runs to the main but the oldest pipe in the city and decades of mature landscaping sitting directly over the line. McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch fall mid-curve. On larger-lot properties in Troon and Desert Mountain, the run to the main can be considerably longer, which means more line to inspect.
One thing worth knowing before you get a quote: under Scottsdale's wastewater standards, the property owner is responsible for maintaining the sanitary sewer service line, including the wye connection to the public main. The repair is usually yours even when the failure sits out near the street, which often means the work crosses into the city right-of-way.
We repair with traditional open-trench excavation or trenchless methods and we walk you through the pros, cons, and costs of each.
